Panchakarma Treatment

Complete Ayurvedic Detox & Rejuvenation Therapy

Panchakarma is the core purification and healing therapy of Ayurveda, designed to remove deep-rooted toxins (Ama), balance the Doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), and restore the body’s innate intelligence to heal itself naturally.

At Vedic Healing Retreat, Rishikesh, Panchakarma is practiced in its most authentic classical form—guided by experienced Ayurvedic doctors (Vaidyas) and supported by spiritual disciplines, sattvik nutrition, and the subtle healing energies of the Himalayas and the sacred River Ganga.

    What Our Guests Are Saying

Neelam ji’s authentic Yoga, Pranic Healing, and Marma Therapy brought me instant relief from shoulder pain and greatly improved my sleep. I deeply value her healing approach.

    Dr. Parthiban Navoo Professor (ADJ)

Vedic Healing Retreat is a quiet and relaxing sanctuary, just a little branch away from Ganga Ma. The dedicated team — Dr. Praveen, Yoga teacher Neelam Samota, and therapist Kavita Devi — welcomed me with warmth and genuine care. They even guided me to the banks of the Ganges for the evening puja rituals. With them, I felt not like a guest, but like family.

    Valentina Mertens Professor

This wasn't just a break. It was a return. A remembering. A renewal. The kind of healing that lingers in your bones and keeps whispering even after you leave.
